PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

I worked in the U.S. where the main goal was to earn as much tips as possible. I worked until 9pm every night in Italy, drinking an espresso every hour to survive. I worked in Germany where lunch was 35 minutes long and I used to check each task 4 times before sending it off. Each time it was a completely different experience but I can say I succeeded in ADAPTING every time.

•Support the project management office in expanding and rumping up this new born organisation (from 50 to 120 employees in the time April- September)
•Organised the monthly Board of Management committee and assist in topic preparation
•Planned and organised a three days Summit with 50 managers, content creation of an app for the event

•Content creation of e-learning plans for a Tech-Bank, specialised in digital payments.
•Seminar on industry 4.0, moving to Society 5.0 at EY Manufacturing Lab
